Email Counselling or Coaching/Mentoring - A one off question where I will respond twice to the issue raised by you. That is, you email me your problem, I reply with detailed response addressing your problem, you read my email and reply asking for further comment or clarification which I provide in my return email. I guarantee to respond to your initial email inquiry within 48 hours of you sending it. Time will be taken in reading your email and a response will be tailored made from the detailed information you supplied. From this information I will give you "food for thought" to help you identify the best answer within yourself. You will then be able to ask for further information or clarification of my suggestions or respond to some of the questions and issues I may have raised. On receiving your reply, I will refine my answer to assist in finding the correct path for you to take. 1 email inquiry (two responses) - US $ 20* Online Counselling and Mentoring- You communicate with me in realtime using instant messaging software. If you have ever used an online chat program you will understand how the process works. In short, we both sit behind our computer and using a chat program we are able to communicate "live" with each other via text. I feel that this is an excellent method of assisting people through their issues or mentoring professionals and managers. The sessions can either be 30 minutes or 60 minutes long. We will negotiate a time that is convenient to you and will arrange for a "hook-up" via one of a number of different online communication methods. During our consultation we will explore your problem, feelings and perception and look at strategies that you might be able to employ to overcome the issue. Our online consultation will take place through the use of an instant messaging application (either MSN Messenger or ICQ) or via an Internet chat room. When booking your consultation we will arrange the most suitable method for our online consultation. You generate a booking request by completing the online booking form. This form allows you to choose the type of consultation you require as well as provide additional information that allows me to help you with your problem. Once this form is submitted, I will review the information and send you a request for payment. You will be directed to a secure payment website and asked for your credit card details. This is a secure transaction using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encrypted communication so your credit card details are not exposed on the internet. If you are concerned with giving your credit card details over the web you may send a cheque / postal payment to my mailing address. If you do send by post please remember there will be a time delay before I can answer your request. Once payment has been confirmed I will respond to your email request or confirm the best suited time for our online counselling session.
